About me / us:	I am committed and inspirational Executive Director of Rural Development Society (RDS) to lead and implement the strategic mission and shape a vision for Rural Development Society (RDS), in line with the established policies and country strategy and lead on providing quality program management and accountability systems; organizational and team development; financial control and resource management; fundraising and liaison with donors to increase and diversify the resource base; policy, research and advocacy; relationship and stakeholder management at both national and international levels.
Why 1%MEMBER:	My friend Introduce about the 1%Club and I personally inspired from 1%Club site and decide to be a member of 1% Club and wanted to share our organization work and get support from 1%Club members for our project and it is a great opportunity for me to become a member of 1%Club.

I am thankful to all of you who support my project and promote my project with your support i cannot achieve all what we have right now but i would like to inform you that we have still left 780 Euro so please donate your time and funds to complete my project as soon my project will complete funds after that my project will be on ground and start working for Disabled women.

Greetings from Pakistan, Thank you very much for being my friend, I have read your website, you and your organization is doing such a good work for the development of children / students in their education.
Well i would like to inform you that our organization is working in Pakistan from 2010 for the empowerment of women / girls and children, we empower them by providing them Education, Skill Training, Vocational Training. Awareness meetings.
Right now we have registered our Project " Empowerment of Disabled Women" on 1%Club to raise funds,
The Project aim is to empower them with skill training so with this training they can become self reliant, become independent community member with out being burden on anyone. They can also take part in Economic growth and support their families.
