Over mij / ons:	I hold a Masters degree in Economic Policy and Planning. I’m the Senior Program Officer - Technical Support of Women of Uganda Network (WOUGNET – www.wougnet.org), whose mission is to promote and support the use of ICT by women and women’s organizations in Uganda. Additionally, I’m a member of the FOSSFA Executive, currently serving as the Treasurer. The Free and Open Source Software Foundation for Africa (www.fossfa.net) is promoting the development, adoption and use of free and open source software by governments, civil society and the private sector across Africa. I have been involved in the ICT4D sector since 2001. Before that I worked in Micro Finance Banking, supporting small and medium scale enterprises. I therefore have experience from both the commercial and the not-for-profit sectors in addressing social-economic development issues. I hold a Masters degree in Economic Policy and Planning. Dear Elsemarie,

We are currently following up with the service provider to install a telephone line and internet connection and expect to conduct our first training session in the 1st week of April. We should then be able to provide more regular updates after that.
